Pargny-Filain ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 261 Einwohnern im Département Aisne in der Region Hauts-de-France. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Soissons, zum Kanton Fère-en-Tardenois und zum Gemeindeverband Val de l’Aisne.Umgeben wird Pargny-Filain, das am Chemin des Dames und am Canal de l’Oise à l’Aisne liegt, von den Nachbargemeinden Monampteuil im Nordosten, Filain im Osten, Aizy-Jouy im Süden, Chavignon im Westen sowie der im Kanton Laon-1 gelegenen Gemeinde Urcel im Norden.
