Saint-Vincent-sur-Graon ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 1.535 Einwohnern im Département Vendée in der Region Pays de la Loire; sie gehört zum Arrondissement Les Sables d’Olonne und zum Kanton Mareuil-sur-Lay-Dissais . Die Einwohner werden Graonnais genannt.Saint-Vincent-sur-Graon liegt etwa 17 Kilometer südlich von La Roche-sur-Yon am Fluss Graon, der mit seinen Seen die östliche Gemeindegrenze bildet. Das Gemeindegebiet gehört zum Regionalen Naturpark Marais Poitevin. Umgeben wird Saint-Vincent-sur-Graon von den Nachbargemeinden La Boissière-des-Landes im Norden und Nordwesten, Le Champ-Saint-Père im Osten und Nordosten, La Bretonnière-la-Claye im Südosten, Saint-Cyr-en-Talmondais im Süden, Le Givre im Westen und Südwesten sowie Moutiers-les-Mauxfaits und Saint-Avaugourd-des-Landes im Westen.
