Umgeben wird Lorgies von den Nachbargemeinden Aubers im Norden und Nordosten, Illies im Osten, La Bassée im Süden, Violaines im Süden und Südwesten, Richebourg im Westen sowie Neuve-Chapelle im Nordwesten.
