Cheillé ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 1.816 Einwohnern im Département Indre-et-Loire in der Region Centre-Val de Loire. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Tours und zum Kanton Chinon. Die Einwohner werden Cheiblaisois genannt.Cheillé liegt etwa 25 Kilometer südwestlich von Tours in der Touraine. Umgeben wird Cheillé von den Nachbargemeinden Azay-le-Rideau im Norden, Saché im Osten, Villaines-les-Rochers im Osten und Südosten, Avon-les-Roches und Panzoult im Süden, Rivarennes im Westen sowie Bréhémont im Nordwesten.
