Kutzenhausen ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 913 Einwohnern im Département Bas-Rhin in der Region Grand Est . Sie liegt am Biosphärenreservat Pfälzerwald-Vosges du Nord und ist Mitglied der Communauté de communes Sauer-Pechelbronn.
Das Dorf Kutzenhausen gehörte zur Herrschaft Lichtenberg. Als dort durch Gebietserwerb im 14. Jahrhundert zu Beginn des 15. Jahrhunderts die zu umfangreich gewordenen Ämter Ingweiler und Buchsweiler neu organisiert werden mussten, wurde unter anderem das Amt Pfaffenhofen ausgegliedert und verselbständigt. Als auch dieses durch weiteren Gebietszuwachs erneut geteilt werden musste, entstand das Amt Offendorf noch vor 1440, zu dem auch Kutzenhausen gehörte.
