Die Nachbargemeinden von Marcq sind Andelu im Norden, Montainville im Nordosten, Beynes im Osten, Saulx-Marchais im Südosten, Auteuil im Süden, Autouillet im Südwesten sowie Thoiry im Westen und Nordwesten.
