Graulhet ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 12.844 Einwohnern im Département Tarn in der Region Okzitanien. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Castres und ist der Hauptort des gleichnamigen Kantons. Die Einwohner nennen sich Graulhetois bzw. okzitanisch Graulhetous.Graulhet liegt am Dadou, einem Nebenfluss des Agout. Die Gemeinde liegt etwa 22 km südwestlich von Albi und etwa 45 km ostnordöstlich von Toulouse. Nordwestlich der Gemeinde befindet sich das Aérodrome de Graulhet - Montdragon.
