Nachbargemeinden von Couchey sind Marsannay-la-Côte im Norden, Perrigny-lès-Dijon im Osten und Nordosten, Fixin im Süden, Valforêt mit Clémencey im Westen, Flavignerot im Westen und Nordwesten sowie Corcelles-les-Monts im Nordwesten.
