Campistrous ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 313 Einwohnern im Département Hautes-Pyrénées in der Region Okzitanien; sie gehört zum Arrondissement Bagnères-de-Bigorre. Die Einwohner werden Campistrousiens/Campistrousiennes genannt.Campistrous liegt rund 26 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich der Stadt Tarbes im Osten des Départements Hautes-Pyrénées. Die Gemeinde besteht aus mehreren Weilern sowie zahlreichen Streusiedlungen. Campistrous liegt auf dem Plateau von Lannemezan. Die Baïsole durchquert die Gemeinde in nördlicher Richtung und bildet eine natürliche westliche Gemeindegrenze. Die Baïse Darré und die Petite Baïse bildet die östliche Gemeindegrenze. Verkehrstechnisch liegt die Gemeinde an der D317. Die A64 führt wenige Kilometer südlich der Gemeinde vorbei.
