Offwiller ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 802 Einwohnern im Département Bas-Rhin in der Region Grand Est und ist Mitglied der Communauté de communes du Pays de Niederbronn-les-Bains.
Das Dorf Offenweiler befand sich ursprünglich im Besitz des Reichs, gelangte dann an den Herzog von Lothringen und gehörte seit 1399 dem Bischof von Straßburg. Es war als Lehen an die Herrschaft Lichtenberg vergeben, nachdem sie dieses Recht 1456 von dem Grafen von Lützelstein gekauft hatte. In der Herrschaft Lichtenberg gehörte Offenweiler zum Amt Ingweiler.
