Montilliers ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 1.215 Einwohnern im Département Maine-et-Loire in der Region Pays de la Loire. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Cholet und zum Kanton Cholet-2 . Die Einwohner werden Monteglésiens genannt.Montilliers liegt etwa 31 Kilometer ostnordöstlich von Cholet in der Landschaft Mauges. Durch die Gemeinde fließt der Lys. Umgeben wird Montilliers von den Nachbargemeinden Faveraye-Mâchelles im Norden, Aubigné-sur-Layon im Nordosten, Lys-Haut-Layon im Süden, Osten und Westen, Cernusson im Südosten sowie Valanjou im Westen und Nordwesten.
