Mesland ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 571 Einwohnern im Département Loir-et-Cher in der Region Centre-Val de Loire. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Blois und zum Gemeindeverband Agglomération de Blois.Die Gemeinde liegt etwa 22 Kilometer südwestlich von Blois am Ostrand der historischen Provinz Touraine. Die Petite Cisse und die anderen Fließgewässer im Gemeindegebiet orientieren sich nach Süden zur Cisse, die hier parallel zur Loire fließt. Das hügelige Gebiet zeichnet sich durch einen Wechsel von Wäldern, Ackerflächen und Weinreben aus. Nachbargemeinden sind Santenay im Norden, Veuzain-sur-Loire im Osten, Monteaux im Süden, Cangey im Westen sowie Dame-Marie-les-Bois im Nordwesten.
