Die Festung Saint-André ist eine mittelalterliche Festung in der Gemeinde Villeneuve-lès-Avignon im Département Gard in Frankreich, die aus der ersten Hälfte des 14. Jahrhunderts stammt. Der Vertrag von Paris, der 1229 am Ende des Albigenserkreuzzugs unterzeichnet wurde, überließ der französischen Krone das Land westlich der Rhône von Pont-Saint-Esprit bis zum Mittelmeer sowie ein gemeinsames Interesse an der Stadt Avignon. 1290 trat der französische König Philipp IV. seinen Anspruch auf Avignon an den Cousin seines Vaters, Karl II. von Neapel, ab, der durch seine Heirat mit Beatrice von Provence Graf von Provence war.
