Eine der wenigen greifbaren Spuren der Niederlassung des Templerordens in der Region Laonnois. Sie wurde um 1140 an diesem Templerstandort in Laon errichtet und erinnert mit ihrem achteckigen Zentralplan an das Heilige Grab in Jerusalem. Sie befindet sich derzeit im Hof des Museums des Pays de Laon.
Erwähnenswert ist, dass sie zwei Prophetenstatuen (datiert um 1200) beherbergt, die wahrscheinlich aus der Kathedrale stammen, und dass sie nach mehr als zweijähriger Restaurierung seit dem Frühjahr 2025 wieder für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich ist...
