Alet-les-Bains ist eine französische Gemeinde im Département Aude in der Region Okzitanien. Sie gehört zum Kanton La Région Limouxine und zum Arrondissement Limoux.Der südfranzösische Kurort mit 386 Einwohnern liegt in der natürlichen Landschaft Razès im Tal der Aude, fünf Kilometer südlich von Limoux und rund 25 Kilometer südlich von Carcassonne. Auf beiden Seiten der Aude und des Dorfes steigen die Berge bis auf eine Höhe von mehr als 700 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel.
