Das Rathaus von Rennes ist der Sitz des Stadtrats in der französischen Stadt Rennes. Es wurde seit 1962 von der französischen Regierung als monument historique eingestuft. Das barocke Gebäude wurde von Jacques Gabriel entworfen, der mit dem Wiederaufbau vieler Gebäude in Rennes nach einem Brand im Jahr 1720 beauftragt wurde. Gabriel entschied sich, mit der Vergangenheit zu brechen und eine neue Stadt zu errichten, die der Aufklärungszeit würdig ist. Das Rathaus wurde auf einem neu gestalteten Platz errichtet. Der Südflügel beherbergte den Rat, während im Nordflügel ein Gericht untergebracht war, und in der Mitte gab es einen Glockenturm mit einer Statue von Ludwig XV., die während der Französischen Revolution zerstört wurde. Die Statue des Monarchen ehrte seine Unterstützung für den Wiederaufbau der Stadt.
