Die Basilika Unserer Lieben Frau von der Unbefleckten Empfängnis (französisch: Basilique de Notre-Dame de l'Immaculée-Conception de Lourdes), weithin bekannt als die "Oberkirche", ist eine römisch-katholische Kirche und eine minor basilica innerhalb des Heiligtums Unserer Lieben Frau von Lourdes in Frankreich. Sie wurde zwischen 1866 und 1872 erbaut und 1876 geweiht und war die zweite der Kirchen, die fertiggestellt wurde. Die Kirche wurde auf dem Fels über der Grotte und neben der Basilika Unserer Lieben Frau vom Rosenkranz errichtet.
Entworfen von dem Architekten Hippolyte Durand, scheint die neugotische Kirche direkt aus dem Felsen von Massabielle zu entstehen.
