La Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Inmaculada Concepción (francés: Basilique de Notre-Dame de l'Immaculée-Conception de Lourdes), conocida popularmente como la "Iglesia Superior", es una iglesia católica romana y una basílica menor dentro del Santuario de Nuestra Señora de Lourdes en Francia. Construida entre 1866 y 1872 y consagrada en 1876, fue la segunda de las iglesias en completarse. La iglesia fue construida sobre la roca, encima de la Gruta y al lado de la Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Rosario.
Diseñada por el arquitecto Hippolyte Durand, la iglesia neogótica parece emerger directamente de la roca de Massabielle.
