La Basilica di Nostra Signora della Concezione Immacolata (francese: Basilique de Notre-Dame de l'Immaculée-Conception de Lourdes), conosciuta comunemente come la "Chiesa Superiore", è una chiesa cattolica romana e basilica minore all'interno del Santuario di Nostra Signora di Lourdes in Francia. Costruita tra il 1866 e il 1872 e consacrata nel 1876, è stata la seconda delle chiese a essere completata. La chiesa è stata costruita sopra il masso sopra la Grotta e accanto alla Basilica di Nostra Signora del Rosario.
Progettata dall'architetto Hippolyte Durand, la chiesa neo-gotica sembra emergere direttamente dalla roccia di Massabielle.
