Die Société Manufacturière d’Armes et de Cycles war ein französischer Waffen- und Kraftfahrzeughersteller.Das Unternehmen wurde im 19. Jahrhundert zur Herstellung von Waffen gegründet. Ihr ursprünglicher Name war Manufacture d’armes de Saint-Étienne, der Standort war an der Rue Tréfilerie in Saint-Étienne. 1904 begann die Produktion von Automobilen. Der Markenname lautete Société Manufacturière d’Armes. Im gleichen Jahr endete die Automobilproduktion. Ein angegliedertes Unternehmen war die SA des Constructions Mécaniques de la Loire, die Fahrräder, Motorräder und Automobile als Automoto und Svelte vermarktete.
