Der Dompeter, von lat. domus Petri , ist die ehemalige römisch-katholische Pfarrkirche von Molsheim im Elsass und gilt als die älteste Kirche im Elsass. Sie liegt zwar im Gemeindegebiet von Molsheim, wird aber oft der Nachbargemeinde Avolsheim zugeordnet, da sie viel näher bei diesem Dorf liegt.
Nach einer Legende soll Maternus von Köln Sankt Peter gegründet haben. 1914 erfolgte Ausgrabungen haben ergeben, dass sich bereits im 7. Jahrhundert ein Vorgängerbau am selben Ort befunden hatte. Die heutige Kirche wurde zwischen 1049 und 1053 durch Papst Leo IX. geweiht. Der Turm der Kirche wurde nach einem Blitzschlag 1746 wiederhergestellt. Die romanische Apsis wurde 1823 durch den heutigen Chorraum ersetzt. 1933 haben sich die Pfadfinder der Wiederherstellung der Kirche angenommen.
