La Samaritaine war von 1869 bis 2005 ein Pariser Warenhaus mit einem gehobenen Sortiment und Luxuswaren auf zuletzt 48.000 m² Verkaufsfläche und damit das größte Warenhaus von Paris. Es ist ein Ensemble aus vier Gebäuden, das im 1. Arrondissement am rechten Ufer der Seine am Pont Neuf steht. Seit 2001 ist es im Besitz des französischen Luxusgüter-Konzerns LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton S.A. La Samaritaine wurde 2005 aus feuerschutzrechtlichen Gründen geschlossen.
LVMH beabsichtigt, den gesamten Komplex mit einer Mischnutzung von Ladengeschäften, Büroräumen, Kindertagesstätten und Wohnungen umzugestalten. Das Art-Déco-Gebäude am Seine-Ufer wird ein Luxushotel der LVMH-Tochter Cheval Blanc beziehen. Denkmalschutzrechtliche Klagen gegen eine neue, milchglasartige Fassadengestaltung von magasin 4 unterbrachen zwei Jahre lang die Bauarbeiten.
