Die Cuisance ist ein Fluss in Frankreich, der im Département Jura in der Region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté verläuft. Der Fluss ist 32 Kilometer lang und entwässert generell in nordwestlicher Richtung.
Die Cuisance hat zwei kurze Quellbäche, die in der Landschaft Reculée des Planches im Gemeindegebiet von Les Planches-près-Arbois entspringen und sich in der Ortschaft vereinigen. Die beiden Karstquellen Grande Source de la Cuisance und Petite Source de la Cuisance befinden sich im imposanten Felsentalschluss Cirque du Fer à Cheval . Das Einzugsgebiet der Quellen ist der verkarstete, bewaldete Plateaubereich.
