Das Fort de Bregille, auch Fort Bregille genannt, ist eine militärische Festung auf dem Gipfel des Bregille-Hügels. Einer der schönsten Ausblicke auf Besançon und die Zitadelle!
Die Bombardierung der Stadt durch die Österreicher im Jahr 1814 von den Höhen des Bregille-Hügels aus machte deutlich, dass es notwendig war, den Gipfel des Hügels zu besetzen, um den Verteidigungsbereich der Stadt zu vergrößern. Das Fort de Bregille mit einer Kaserne auf Probe (Vorläufer der Panzerkaserne Typ Belmas) wurde von 1820 bis 1832 gebaut.
