Die beiden Friedhöfe, die gemeinhin als "Soupir I" und "Soupir II" bezeichnet werden, liegen sich auf beiden Seiten der RD 925 am Rande der Gemeinde gegenüber. Auf beiden Friedhöfen liegen etwas mehr als 10.000 Leichen französischer Soldaten (aus diesem Grund wurde 1934 der Friedhof "Soupir II" angelegt, da der erste zu klein wurde), die während des Ersten Weltkriegs in der Nähe des Chemin des Dames gefallen sind. Auch einige russische Soldaten sind hier beerdigt...
