Das Hôtel Au Vieux Morvan ist ein gastronomisches Hotel-Restaurant in Château-Chinon, im Morvan, im Département Nièvre, in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Der Politiker François Mitterrand ist historisch mit diesem Ort verbunden.
Das familiengeführte Zwei-Sterne-Hotel-Restaurant wurde historisch von zwei Schwestern und ihren Ehemännern, Bernard und Raymonde Menuel sowie Jean und Ginette Chevrier, geführt. Nachdem Jérôme Menuel, der Enkel der ursprünglichen Mitbesitzer, seine Lehrzeit als Oberkellner im Palais de l'Élysée absolviert hatte, übernahm er 2002 das Geschäft und modernisierte es.
