Das Vizegrafschaft, später Fürstentum, von Béarn war ein mittelalterliches Herrschaftsgebiet im äußersten Süden Frankreichs, das ab dem späten neunten Jahrhundert Teil des Herzogtums Gascognien war. 1347 weigerte sich der Vizegraf, die Suzeränität des französischen Königs anzuerkennen, und erklärte Béarn zu einem unabhängigen Fürstentum. Es trat später 1479 in eine Personalunion mit dem Königreich Navarra und 1589 mit Frankreich ein. 1620 integrierte der Prinz Béarn formal als Provinz Frankreichs.
Die Nennung eines gewissen "Gaston [Sohn] von Centule, Vizegraf von Béarn" ist die erste bezeugte spezifische regionale Organisation in den späten 860er/ frühen 870er Jahren. Die Vizegrafschaft wurde nach Lescar, dem ehemaligen Benearnum, benannt, das zuletzt 673 erwähnt wurde. Ihr erstes Parlament, die Cour Major, wurde 1080 gegründet.
