Inmitten der Natur öffnet sich das restaurierte Bauernhaus zu einem Park mit Bäumen und Blumen und einem Zierteich auf einem 7 ha großen Grundstück, auf dem sich das Wohnhaus der Eigentümer mit 2 Gästezimmern und das Ferienhaus befinden, das am äußersten Ende liegt. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über ein komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück von 8000 m² mit einem beheizten Privatpool für das Ferienhaus, der von Juni bis September je nach Wetterbedingungen geöffnet ist.
