Dieser Garten wurde 1841 durch den Durchbruch des späteren Boulevard Roederer vom Parc de la Patte d'Oie getrennt und beherbergte nacheinander den Schulgarten der Société d'Horticulture und in den 1950er Jahren einen Tierpark
Der Landschaftsarchitekt Edouard Redont aus Reims schuf 1895 den Wasserfall und das Wasserspiel und Jean Claude Nicolas Forestier legte 1924 einen Rosengarten an. Der Garten wurde 1982 in zwei Teile "à la Française" und "à l'Anglaise" umgestaltet
Er beherbergt einen neoklassizistischen Pavillon, den Sitz der Société d'Horticulture de Reims. Hier findet man zahlreiche Sammlerbäume und -sträucher, darunter ein Exemplar des "Fau de Verzy".
