Der städtische Golfplatz Brive Planchetorte befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Gegend in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, des Autobahnkreuzes A20/A89, des Causse-Sees und des Flughafens Brive-Vallée de la Dordogne. Die umliegenden Wälder des Planchetorte-Tals und der friedlich dahinfließende Bach "Planchetorte", der den Golfplatz auf seiner gesamten Länge durchquert, verleihen dem Spaziergang eine sanfte Ruhe, tragen aber auch zur Schwierigkeit und zum Vergnügen des Spiels bei. Es ist ein abwechslungsreicher Parcours, auf dem kein Loch dem anderen gleicht, sondern jedes seine eigene Besonderheit hat: Loch 13 mit seinem Green zwischen dem Bach und der Grotte, Loch 6 zwischen dem Wasserloch, den Eichen und dem Bach... 18-Loch-Platz, Par 72.
der Golfplatz ist am 1. Januar, am 1. Mai und am 25. Dezember 2023 geschlossen.
