Die im 19. Jahrhundert veränderte Fassade der Kirche Saint-Julien de Cubzac hat jedoch einige romanische Überreste bewahrt. Auf der Nordseite sind die mit einem Fries aus gebrochenen Stäben geschmückte Blindtür und die Südtür im Barockstil gehalten. Der Glockenturm wurde Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts umgebaut und das romanische Portal, das von zwei blinden Rundbogentüren begleitet wurde, wurde zerstört. Das Kirchenschiff ist holzgetäfelt. Die Kapitelle sind mit Laubwerk und Figuren verziert. Im Inneren der Kirche befindet sich das Gemälde "Baptême du Christ" aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, das unter Denkmalschutz steht.
