Das Museum für klassische, historische und folkloristische Puppen in Soumensac befindet sich in einem reizenden Haus mit blumengeschmückter Fassade, 15 km östlich von Duras und seinem Schloss. In der Nachbarschaft des Musée de l'Outil Manuel et du fer à repasser (Museum des Handwerkszeugs und des Bügeleisens) sind hier über 700 Puppen ausgestellt: Puppen in historischen Kostümen, regionale Puppen oder auch Santons, die alte Berufe darstellen. Jede Puppe ist ein Unikat und das Ergebnis stundenlanger Arbeit und großer Geschicklichkeit.
