Die 1898 erbaute Chapelle des Fontaines bietet Wallfahrern zu den drei als Heilquellen bekannten Brunnen des Viertels Moulin de Pin in Ychoux einen Raum für das Gebet.
Die Kapelle liegt oberhalb der Brunnen Notre-Dame und Saint-Jean-Baptiste. 80 Meter westlich der Kapelle befindet sich der dritte Brunnen Sainte-Rose. Die Kapelle wurde 1898 errichtet und am 22. August 1899 eingeweiht.
