La capilla de las fuentes, construida en 1898, ofrece un lugar de oración a los fieles que acuden a visitar las tres fuentes del barrio de Moulin de Pin en Ychoux, de las cuales se dice que son milagrosas.
La capilla se encuentra encima de las fuentes de Notre-Dame y Saint-Jean-Baptiste. La tercera fuente, la de Sainte-Rose, se encuentra a 80 metros al oeste de la capilla. La Capilla de las fuentes fue construida en 1898 y se inauguró el 22 de agosto de 1899.
