La cappella fu costruita nel 1898 su un terreno privato sotto il patronato dell'Abbé Lage nel quartiere di Lavigne, vicino al torrente Moulin de Pin a Ychoux. Qui si trovano tre magnifiche fontane e una Via Crucis.
- La fontana di Saint Jean si trova in un prato paludoso e viene utilizzata per i piccoli problemi della pelle
- Poco distante si trova la fontana di Notre Dame, che viene visitata senza un motivo specifico, cioè per ogni tipo di malattia, proprio come altri santuari mariani
- La fontana di Sainte Rose si trova lungo la Via Crucis, che segue il corso del torrente. La reputazione delle sue acque è del tutto eccezionale, poiché si dice che curino molti casi di impetigine
