Wie sein Territorium ist auch die Tätigkeit des Espace Culturel La Forge lebendig und weltoffen und stellt das Teilen und die Begegnung in den Mittelpunkt des öffentlichen Lebens.
Die 2007 gegründete Einrichtung verfügt über einen professionellen Veranstaltungssaal, der bis zu 300 Zuschauer aufnehmen kann, sowie über ein Foyer, einen 450 m² großen Empfangs- und Veranstaltungsraum. Hier finden zahlreiche und vielfältige kulturelle Veranstaltungen statt, die aus dem städtischen Programm, von lokalen Vereinen oder Partnern stammen.
Der Espace Culturel La Forge ist nicht nur ein Veranstaltungsort, sondern auch eine Ressource für die darstellende Kunst. In diesem Zusammenhang entwickelt er auch Vermittlungsaktionen für ein junges Publikum.
