Das Comité Régional de Tourisme de Nouvelle-Aquitaine ist ein 1988 gegründeter Verein nach dem Gesetz von 1901, der gemäß dem Gesetz von 1987 zur Gründung der CRTs drei Hauptaufgaben wahrnimmt.
Es wirbt für die Region Neu-Aquitanien in Frankreich und im Ausland.
Es beteiligt sich in Verbindung mit dem Regionalrat und seinen institutionellen und beruflichen Partnern an der Festlegung der strategischen Leitlinien für die Entwicklung des Tourismus in der Region.
Er beobachtet die Tourismusaktivitäten und versorgt alle Akteure des regionalen Tourismus mit strategischen und wirtschaftlichen Informationen, die unerlässlich sind, um der Tourismusbranche eine bestmögliche Reaktionsfähigkeit auf die Märkte zu gewährleisten.
