Dieses Zentrum, das sowohl Geschichtsliebhabern als auch Neugierigen gewidmet ist, stützt sich auf eine umfangreiche Sammlung von Objekten und Dokumenten, Dauer- und Sonderausstellungen, kulturelle Veranstaltungen, Konferenzen sowie eine umfangreiche Sammlung von Waffen, Uniformen, Ausrüstungsgegenständen und Dokumenten aus dem Großen Krieg. Diese Sammlung militärischer Gegenstände ist in einem Haus untergebracht, das Charles Cartier Bresson gehörte, dem Bürgermeister von Celles sur Plaine während des Ersten Weltkriegs.
Das ganze Jahr über auf Reservierung für Gruppen.
