Ce centre, dédié aux amateurs d'histoire comme aux curieux s'appuie sur une importante collection d'objets et de documents, des expositions permanentes et temporaires, des animations culturelles, des conférences, une importante collection d'armes, d'uniformes, d'équipements et de documents de la grande Guerre. Cette collection d’objets militaires est installée dans une maison ayant appartenu à Charles Cartier Bresson, maire de Celles sur Plaine lors du premier conflit mondial.
Toute l'année sur réservation pour les groupes.
