Der Fluss Roanne entspringt am Fuße des Berges Angèle und legt etwa 30 km zurück, bevor er in die Drôme mündet. Das zerklüftete Relief seines Beckens bietet eine der schönsten Straßen der Region und angenehme Wasserbecken, in denen man sich im Sommer abkühlen kann.
