Das historische Ensemble der Miséricorde birgt die letzte noch bestehende Apotheke Montpelliers.
Sie besteht aus zwei Räumen (ein Labor aus dem 18. und eins aus dem 19. Jahrhundert) und enthält eine seltene Sammlung von Monstertöpfen, Steingutdosen, Kannen und Chevretten – Zeugnisse aus mehreren Jahrhunderten Keramikherstellung in Montpellier.
Die 1830 in den alten Münzwerkstätten eingerichtete Kapelle ist mit Malereien geschmückt, die die Geschichte der Barmherzigkeit in Montpellier illustrieren. Dazu zählen zwei große Gemälde im Chor: „Die Barmherzigkeit des hl. Vinzenz“ von Paul d?Eugène Devéria und „Die Damen der Barmherzigkeit“ von Auguste Glaize. Weitere Gemälde, die von Reynaud Levieux stammen, machen aus der Kapelle ein kleines Konservatorium für regionale Malerei des 17. bis 19. Jahrhunderts.
