Il complesso storico della Misericorde contiene l'ultima spezieria rimasta a Montpellier.
La farmacia, composta da due sale (i dispensari del XVIII e del XIX secolo), contiene una rara collezione di vasi da mostro, vasi da cannone, brocche e vasi di porcellana che testimoniano diversi secoli di terracotta di Montpellier.
La cappella, costruita nel 1830 negli ex laboratori della Zecca, è decorata con dipinti che illustrano la storia della carità di Montpellier, tra cui due grandi quadri nel coro: La Charité de saint Vincent de Paul di Eugène Devéria e Les Dames de la Miséricorde di Auguste Glaize. Altri dipinti firmati da Reynaud Levieux fanno della cappella un piccolo conservatorio della pittura regionale dal XVII al XIX secolo.
