Der Wohnbereich ist auf das Becken von Arcachon ausgerichtet, während das Schlafzimmer über einer Wasserfläche schwebt.
Sie bestehen aus einem Wohnraum (Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Kochnische), einem Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer und einem separaten WC und verfügen über unabhängige Zugänge und private Terrassen.
