Das in den ehemaligen Getreidespeichern der Stadt untergebrachte Museum von Bressuire erinnert an die Geschichte des Bocage anhand neuerer archäologischer Funde und Kunstwerke (Skulpturen, Gemälde, Goldschmiedearbeiten), die überwiegend im Bressuirais hergestellt wurden.
Eine bedeutende Keramiksammlung, die für die lokale Produktion "Saint Porchaire" repräsentativ ist, wird ausgestellt, von mittelalterlichen Becken und Töpfen bis hin zu den berühmten Fayencen und Vasen aus dem 19. und 20.
Bressuire ist auch die Geburtsstadt von Max Ingrand, einem der größten französischen Glas- und Buntglaskünstler. Entdecken Sie diesen Glasmagier in der ihm gewidmeten Ausstellung!
