Der Bahnhof Saint Jean ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Méca, der Halle Boca und des Quai de Paludate. Das Stadtzentrum und die Altstadt von Bordeaux sind zu Fuß (15 Minuten) oder mit der Straßenbahn vom Bahnhof aus erreichbar.
Das Viertel Saint Jean befindet sich im ehemaligen Rotlichtviertel in der Nähe der Kais und ist heute ein lebendiges kulturelles Zentrum von Bordeaux, in dem es von Bars, Restaurants, Bistros und Clubs nur so wimmelt.
Unser Hotel wurde in einem neuen Gebäude errichtet (Eröffnung Juni 2021) und konnte seine denkmalgeschützte Steinfassade erhalten. Es bietet 173 moderne Zimmer auf 6 Etagen mit 526 komfortablen Betten
