Benjamin de Grenier züchtet eine 100-köpfige Kuhherde der Rasse Bazadaise. Diese Leidenschaft wurde mit dem Prix Aquitanima 2017 (councours inter régional race bazadaise) für Jasper belohnt, der in Rimons gezüchtet wurde. Die Farm bietet den Verkauf von Rindfleisch direkt nur in der Boutique an.
Der Hof züchtet auch eine Entensorte, die für ihre Feinheit und den Duft ihres Fleisches und ihrer Leber bekannt ist. Die Enten werden in Halbfreiheit aufgezogen. Die Stopfleber, Confits und Entenspezialitäten werden auf der Farm oder im Versandhandel verkauft.
