Benjamin de Grenier fokt een kudde van 100 Bazadaise koeien. Deze passie werd beloond met de prijs Aquitanima 2017 (interregionale wedstrijd voor het Bazadaise ras) voor Jasper, gefokt in Rimons. De boerderij biedt alleen rechtstreekse verkoop van rundvlees in de winkel.
De boerderij fokt ook een eendensoort die bekend staat om zijn finesse en de geur van zijn vlees en lever. De eenden worden in halve vrijheid grootgebracht. De foie gras, confits en eendenspecialiteiten worden verkocht op de boerderij of per postorder.
