Benjamin de Grenier alleva una mandria di 100 vacche Bazadaise. Questa passione è stata premiata con il premio Aquitanima 2017 (concorso interregionale della razza Bazadaise) per Jasper, allevata a Rimons. L'azienda vende carne bovina direttamente solo presso la Boutique.
L'azienda alleva anche una varietà di anatra rinomata per la finezza e il sapore della sua carne e del suo fegato. Le anatre sono allevate in semilibertà. Foie gras, confit e specialità a base di anatra sono in vendita presso la fattoria o per corrispondenza.
