Das Ganze befindet sich auf einem großen, eingezäunten Garten von ca. 2 Hektar, der von zahlreichen Tieren bewohnt wird. Vor Ort: Jacuzzi (auf Anfrage), Spielplatz mit Bäumen, Teich und Picknick-Ecke. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Mountainbikewege und den G.R. 7. Angelegter Badestrand am Lac du Lampy in 10 km Entfernung. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants im Dorf Saissac in 2 km Entfernung. Carcassonne und der Canal du midi (UNESCO-Welterbestätten) sind 20 Minuten entfernt und das Mittelmeer 1 Stunde. Geschlossener Privatparkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
