JM Weston, eine große Schuhmanufaktur, wurde 1891 in Limoges gegründet. Die Hauptstadt der Limousine ist nicht nur für ihre Porzellanindustrie, sondern auch für ihre Schuhindustrie berühmt.
Noch heute ist J.M. Weston der einzige Schuhhersteller mit einer eigenen Gerberei für Sohlenleder und zeichnet die Konturen einer sehr französischen Eleganz und eines 120-jährigen Know-hows, das typisch für Limoges ist.
